Installer fails under 10.6

Our installer is failing with an "unknown installation error occurred." under 10.6 with a certificate signed by godaddy.

checking the log, it is throwing a "failed install preflight: error domain=pkinstallerrordomain code=102 userinfo=0x19s1ca80 "the package "nrgship" is untrusted." with some additional debug stuff Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-2147409622 UserInfo=0x100304660" CSSMERR_TP_NOT_TRUSTED

I can run the installer just find on 10.5 - i verified the installer certificate, etc.

Any ideas?
