Hi all.
I created an installer that delivers several components. In the settings for each, I have "allow downgrades" enabled. Nonetheless, a couple of customers have reported that the installer refuses to run, saying "newer versions" of components are already installed. Yet the version numbers in the installer are higher than the version numbers reported in the customers' components' plists.
Is this a common scenario with a known cause? I don't know what else to do to the installer, except add a script to blow away everything before starting. Thanks for any info.
