How to build a distribution package with Packagemaker on MAC OS through command line interface given a Contents directory with component packages and Resources folder and also the scripts including the distribution script, postinstall, preinstall?
Man page of packagemaker does not highlight any such options to create a distribution package without using a pmdoc.
