I've tried to implement this using the requirements section, but that
only seems to work when the custom page first comes up. I also tried
making B a subitem of A, but deselecting it also deselects A, which is
no good.
Is there some way to implement this dependency? I could get away with
it being done in the background and A being installed without the
customer knowing it, but it would be best if it was clear what was
happening from the custom install page.
