Problem with the installer

Hello,

with the installer I want to create a new folder "my_name" in the 
"documents folder" of the current user.
In this new folder "my_name" I have to place two files.

How can I do that? I use this installer for one week.
But I ' don't know how I can do it.
It would be very nice to get some informations.
