Timestamp an application bundle?

  • Subject: Timestamp an application bundle?

Hi,

When I install my .app, I want it to keep the original date modified, rather than being set to the current time.

I thought I would be able to add a simple postflight shell script and use the touch command, however it turns out that the touch command doesn't work on application bundles.

Does anyone know how to timestamp an .app?

Thanks,
Andrew
