Can you pls let me know the way to have this issue resolved? How was this working for you? Also, can you pls share the pkjProj file you have used for the test app and the packages version you are using?

This list does not correspond to the list of languages supported for
the Welcome, ReadMe, License and Conclusion documents.
This is the list of languages supported by the preview UI. You can
only select for the UI of the preview the languages for which a
localized version of OS X exists. This does not affect the
distribution you build.
The labels might be missing for the buttons in the preview if the OS
does not include the language (at this time) you want to preview in
the License step but that's only a cosmetic issue.
