Hello,we are evaluating how to rebuild our
"old style" distribution meta packages as flat distribution packages,
that we want to sign with productsign to work with Gatekeeper.Nearly everything is working, only with
our multi dvd installers we have a problem:Formerly in the distribution.dist we
used a package reference like this: <pkg-ref ...>x-disc://OurInstallerDisc2VolumeName/PathTo/ContentPkgXY.pkg</pkg-ref>When I use the same mechanism in a flat
distribution, it works in general (Installer is asking for the second disc
and the installation of the package on that disc is done correctly). The
only problem is, that when I try to sign the flat distribution via "productsign
--sign ..." it doesn't work (although I'm getting no error message
from the tool). I know that it doesn't work, because the Installer-GUI
doesn't display the lock symbol and Gatekeeper treats it as unsigned. If
I remove all x-disc pkg-refs, then signing works perfectly.Any ideas?Thanks,Paul Grathwohl
