installer does not care about versions anymore

Hi,

I have a component package that is built using a component property list. That component property list has the BundleIsVersionChecked set to YES and the BundleOverwriteAction set to upgrade for all items in it. I use that component in a product archive. When i install the product, it will overwrite any newer version ( newer - meaning the component or the bundles in the components versions are newer ) i already have on disk. How can i make sure that it will only install over older versions of the product or component?
