It could be the intermediate certificate(s) is/are already integrated
in Mountain Lion (since it's the official version that supports
Gatekeeper but I don't have a clean install OS X 10.8 system to verify
this claim). Or if it was your development system, then you may have
installed the intermediate certificate yourself.
