Packages Does Not Install Contents of .app

I’m trying to create a package using Packages. 

I add the .app to the contents of my payload; however, the icon disappears and when it runs, the Contents folder (and everything in it) is not installed.

I feel like I’m missing something silly but can’t figure out what…

Any help is appreciated.
