Hi Quinn and Sak,
I'd like to add a comment. ;)
Usually this kind of application is stored on a CD, which a telephone
company offers for free to their customers.
The catch is that all kinds of users might grab one of the free CDs, and
among those, there will still be 10.0 users.
These users can upgrade over the internet, but to get an internet
connection, you'd have to run the application. ;)
But it's not only to convince the users that they should upgrade.
I as a programmer needed to convince my sales manager, that he should not
sell the product as being 10.0 compatible.
That was an easy task, because I told him that it was not possible to
make it 10.0 compatible. ;)
Sak, did you get your application to work ?
If not, I'd like to (as a good rival) offer some (free) help on the areas
that causes problems. ;)
I can do this, since my application is finished and sold already, and my
personal policy is that getting more Mac users will be better for me,
than keeping secrets for my fellow-programmers. ;)

This situation is similar to the situation with OT 1.0.x about 5
