Well, I figured out how to set all of the settings except the email
password key.
It sets to something, but apparently incorrectly. Should I be setting
it as CFData or PString?
Sidenote: standard HomePage key "kICWWWHomePage" will only set the
value in the Internet pane.
"4D534945WWWHomePage" key in InternetConfig.plist will actually
directly set the HomePage in IE.
