OTGetClockTimeInSecs()

Hi folks,
I seem to remember that OTGetClockTimeInSecs() used to return the time
since system boot.

Am I dreaming, or did it used to do this?? (the docs say it returns time
since OT was initialized).

On OS 9 now (I tried 9.2.2) it seems to return seconds since 1/1/1904.
But I don't think it always did this. If it changed, does any one know
with which OT version (and maybe, why??)

THanks.....Peter
