Personally, I don't think the full account UI for all email clients belongs
in Internet Config. It would be way too complicated for every email client
to keep its settings in sync, and only a subset of the account settings
would be available in Internet Config.
IC is really for settings that will be shared across many applications.
Things like your email address belong there, but email accounts don't.
People typically only use one email client.
