Then I would suggest writing your own installers. Apple's is crap
I have no reason to use an installer myself, I just pulled this out as an
example on how easy you may forget something and the scripts will fail.

You got a point there. Unfortunately, I never had a reason to install
over network.
-You should tell both Aladdin and MindVision about these issues. (They
*do* listen).
