The 11 is telling you that it's port 1 of hub 1, basically a generic
name because you have not set the name yourself. The config helper is
the thing that helps you name your port. In the USB ethernet example
In the SDK if my memory serves me correctly there is a setname type
of call where you can supply the name. Make sure that the settings
for your project are exporting this entry point.
