Does Mac OS X allow Selective ACK per RFC 2018?

I've searched the Darwin sources but found no clear indication
that Selective ACK is supported or how to enable it. The TCP
option value is defined in tcp.h and tcp_var.h, but there's
no corresponding code that appears to use these or sysctl object
to enable it.

Is Selective ACK supported in Mac OS X?
If not, is it on anyones radar at Apple?
