Hi EB,
I am writing a windows client for Apple AFP server(over appletalk), Using
the help of the Inside Appletak and the resources from the internet, I am
able communicate to AFP server, provided appletalk is active. And now I am
at a stage where it is working for the Mac OS classic(9.x) but the same code
is not working for the Mac OS X.
I am able to login, create directory and ever files on the mac machine
through AFP client using the AFP commands on mac os 9.x, whereas On Mac OS X
I am not even able to login.
On mac OS X, I am able to get the server information(for this no connection
needed) correctly, after when I issue a opensession command over ASP. It
returns successfully, without any error message, but after that when I try
to send a login command, by that time the session gets closed from the
server side and I get the message from server. I have checked for the proper
WSS, SLS and SSS address and as well the session ID when sending a comand
over ASP and creating the packet information, And I don't see anything wrong
in it(remember same code is working for mac os 9.x).
So what could be the problem?
is there anything special I need to take care of for successful connection
and login to AFP server on OS X(10.1.3)
Any help in this regard is highly appriciated.
