DHCP release/renew
DHCP release/renew

I need to do a DHCP release (or renew). I can call the MoreSCDHCPRelease
function from the MoreSCF libs and it does what I need but it requires root
access to run.
I can stub it out in a command line setuid utility but before I do that is
there an easier way?
