OT use port under 1024 on OSX

Hi there,

We got a problem when we use OpenTransport (OTBind) to bind a port under
1024, say port 514, then it will return error code -3212, and it means
permission deny!

I know this is because OSX is based on unix system, but how to solve this
problem? Don't tell me use higher port range, we need to use port number
under 1024 :-(

regards,
Kevin
