LAST_ACK

Hi there,

in my programm I connect to a webserver and fetch some pages.
Sometimes the connection is not closed properly, I can see in netstat that the connection is in LAST_ACK state.
I don't think of an error in my program. If I connect with a browser the same thing happens.
This state prevents the moidem from hanging up for a long time.
How do I close this connection?
