NetworkingOT.pdf vs 2.8

Hello.

I'm reading the Inside Macintosh PDF for Open Transport and was surprised to
find that it's circa-1997 and thus only covers version 1.2/1.3, whereas the
latest version (under OS 9) is 2.8. Is there a newer version of the IM:OT
book or another more up-to-date resource (short of the latest header files
:-) If not, is anything planned?
