No. OT is a compatibility API on Mac OS X and thus receives a very
low priority as far as documentation is concerned. [Which is
perfectly reasonable IMHO. If I had to choose between an improved OT
book and *any* documentation on System Configuration framework, I'd
choose the latter.] Moreover, version 1.3 of IM:NWOT is surprisingly
accurate. On traditional Mac OS there were very few OT API changes
after version 1.2, and the Mac OS X OT compatibility library was
designed around the current version of the document. The only major
API change has been the "InContext" stuff, which is covered in depth
in DTS Technote 1173 "Understanding Open Transport Asset Tracking".
