Thanks Allan. That helps a lot. It appears that there is a bug in the
code for the Location menu then.
If I am a non-admin user, I can change the location using scselect from
the Terminal and I can change the location from the Network Preferences
panel. However, using the Location menu I can change -to- Automatic, but
I cant change -to- anything else. So once I am in Automatic, I cant
change to out. Automatic is configuration 0, also listed first.
Odd.
