I just tried AT+VCID=1 on my new iBook (located in Ohio, USA) and I got a RING for each ring but no caller ID info. I do get the caller id info with my old Supra 288 external modem (it uses AT#CID=1). I'll have to look for any Apple technical docs on their modem and its commands.

Heres a link to a caller ID faq from someone in the UK. Section 6 says Denmark uses "an esoteric DTMF system".
