Internal modem API's query

Hi All

I want to popup Internal Modem dialog from my application at run time,so
that user can connect to his ISP.

Corrosponding windows API is

DWORD InternetAttemptConnect(DWORD dwReserved)

is there any API/function call for doing this on MAC OSX.
