Thank's Marc - I am only doing ftp so that's probably why I had that
problem in the first place even with URLAccessSample.
I can't change a remote server I don't admin myself just to work around
a bug in URL Access - even if I could it won't be safe according to
your #2, so changing the server is definitively not an option.
Conclusion to me is: kURLDisplayProgressFlag in URL Access is not
working anymore - despite QA 1140.
Are you (Apple Inc.) going to fix it fairly soon or should I better
consider it was definitively broken with ftp urls and just forget about
it?
