Using NSURL for http without a problem for 10.1.5 up thru 10.3.x.

However if I do a https request 10.1.x and 10.3.x are fine - but 10.2.x
refuses to work.

How do you use NSURL? Are you using some variant of the -[NSURL resourceData...:] calls, or are you using NSURLHandle? Does every https request fail to load, or just ones to a particular server? Are you behind a firewall, and if so what kind?
