Hmmm, I'm having troubles parsing your sentence but, what I assume you're asking is, how do I set the home page that IE displays on first launch? AFAIK, the best way to do this is via Internet Config. Specifically, you should set the kICWWWHomePage key to a value that is a Pascal string containing the URL you want.
