There is a specific key for Internet Explorer's homepage, which is different
from the Internet Config homepage key used by other browsers. The key is
'4D534945WWWHomePage' (must be as a Pascal string). The hex part of the key
is 'MSIE', the creator code of Internet Explorer. The following character is
the Macintosh 'bullet'. You can also set other Internet Explorer preferences
in Internet Config by looking at other keys starting with this hex string.
