Is there an active notification for changes made to the system
preferences accessed by SCPreferences?
There is the SCDynamicStore that will provide notifications for changes
to the active configuration. I would like to be notified if other
configurations are changed without necessarily changing the active
configuration.
I have found SCPreferencesGetSignature() but that is going to require
polling which isn't so bad. Active is just better.
