Unfortunately there is no high-level API for this. Apple knows about
the problem (we even have some internal clients that are requesting
this), it's just a matter of assigning the resources to address it
(amongst the gazillion other things that folks would like). Currently
the only solution I can think of is to interrogate the firewall rules
directly. This isn't an ideal solution because a) it binds you too
tightly to the implementation of the firewall, and b) it requires root
privileges.
