Qestions about CFHTTP: asynchronous communication mechanism

Hi, everybody,

I'm totally a freshman on Macintosh programming. I'd like to know whether or not CFHTTP has asynchronous communication mechanism like the function InternetSetStatusCallback in Windows programming, so that I can explicitly know the status while connecting to HttpServer.  If anybody knows something about this issue, please give me some information (document, code, etc. will be highly appreciated.). Thanks in advance.

Thanks and Best Regards.
Alex Guo
