Does anybody know if there is way to have a Tcall to retrieve an unknown

Support for transferring data as part of a connection (which is what
TCall.udata returns) is part of OSI networking, but isn't supported
in TCP. You can tell this because, if you call OTGetEndpointInfo on
a TCP endpoint, TEndpointInfo.connect is T_INVALID (-2).
