Hi,
Not sure if this is the best place to ask this, but thought I'd
start
here, as there's no IORegistry maillists.
Does anybody know what exactly IOPrimaryInterface is for compared to
IOBuiltin (which are both used in an IOEthernetInterface
interface), as the
doc's don't explain the difference between the two :-(.
I'm wondering if IOPrimaryInterface is the old name for the new
name of
IOBuiltin, but I do sometimes see they have different values.
Thanks for any clarity from anyone
Someone on this list may know the answer, but the best place for
IORegistry questions is the darwin-drivers list. That's where all
the IOKit cognocenti hang out :-}
