Mac OS X Server Tiger + iChat - local UDP + 5678

Is this normal that port UDP 5678 is listed as iChat - local UDP on Mac OS X Server Tiger?

1. It's listed as SNATMAP server on http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106439.

2. google results related to this port are pointing to a remote Apple server (snatmap.mac.com) used to deal with NAT issues (for iChat)

So it's iChat related but apparently on a remote server. So the "local" word is a bit mysterious.
