This is not a local port. It is also not a well defined port. iChat
should not bind to that port locally. In addition, the port number
shouldn't be fixed. I believe that iChat uses some mechanism to
retrieve both the port number and the address for the SNATMAP server.

So it's iChat related but apparently on a remote server. So the
"local" word is a bit mysterious.
