AirPort Power Saving Mode

Greetings-

I've been experiencing some connectivity problems recently, and it was
suggested that this could be caused by the power saving mode on the
AirPort card in my MacBook Pro.  I haven't been able to find a UI for
disabling power saving mode, so I was wondering if there is a
programmatic way to do it.
