I have two tools that might help you (which you can try free for 21-days).
(1) The DHCP Lease tool in IPNetMonitorX.
This will show you the lease parameters your received and
allow you to force the lease to renew.
(2) The DHCP Test tool in IPNetMonitorX.
This allows you to simulate one or more clients requesting
a DHCP lease and log the corresponding transactions.
DHCP Lease Information is normally stored as part of the System
Configuration Framework (DHCPInfo within the SCDynamicStore).
I'm not sure where the information is physical stored, but I
wouldn't recommend manually removing it. You should be able
to use use scutil or similar to explore the contents of this repository.
