Library for ifnet_attach_protocol_v2

Hi all,
 I am working in Mac OS X Leopard.I would like to know the library for the function
ifnet_attach_protocol_v2. I tried,  com.apple.kpi.libkern and com.apple.kpi.bsd(9.1.0) but getting link/load error
 
It would be really helpful if any one put a reply for this.
