Unfortunately, the best thing I can think of from the top of my head
is the Cocoa HTTP Server:

It may help to know that the first Webbrowser ever was also written
in Objective-C with NeXTStep: http://www.w3.org/People/Berners-Lee/

semi-off topic, I think:
Can anyone point me at sample code (or an open-source library) that
implements an HTTP server, preferably but not necessarily using BSD
sockets? I'm hoping to build a simplified HTTP server that can be
embedded in other applications for status monitoring, remote
configuration, etc., similar to how many printers and routers do it.
