Quick test: try a "dns-sd -X tcp <internal_port> <external_port>" to
see if that works. If not, the external port is probably already in
use. If it does work, look at the source to dns-sd (part of the latest
mDNSResponder suite, available from CVS) to see what you and it are
doing differently.
