No, I haven't. I've been wrestling with this problem for a few days
and have finally started looking for outside help. However, if it will
help, I'll write one up.

In my current tests, they are all AFP. However, I can easily switch to
SMB. WebDAV isn't really a targeted filesystem type for this
application. The program is designed to handle AFP and SMB only at
this point and there can be a mixture of the two in the mounting
process.
