Just some suggestions, but are you sure each call to
FSMountServerVolumeAsync() uses a different parameter block
(allocated, or part of a different object, whatever), as well as any
pointers that you stuff into it, and that all the pointers remains
valid and unchanged for the duration of the call (until the callback
is executed)?
