SNMP Manager Example Code?

Hi,

I'm looking for some sample code implementing an SNMP Manager.  I'm *very* new to this and don't need anything fancy.  I'm just looking to get tables and set values.  So, the higher the level, the better.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
