I don't know of any Mac OS X sample code quite like that.
My own IPNetMonitorX provides two SNMP tools
- SNMPd Config - http://www.sustworks.com/site/prod_ipmx_help/html/SNMPdConfigHelp.html
- SNMP MIB Browser - http://www.sustworks.com/site/prod_ipmx_help/html/SNMPToolHelp.html
I mostly used the Net-SNMP documentation and man pages. I understand Net-SNMP
is open source, so you will find some API examples there, but they are fairly
low level.
Depending on what you are trying to do, it might be easier to call the
net-snmp command line tools directly.
