Anyone know potential causes of kCFNetServiceErrorUnknown (-72000) when using CFNetwork directly to fetch HTTP URLs?

Seeing this in the field from iOS 5.0 devices, but don't have a reproduction case.

Is it perhaps DNS related? If so, what does it indicate?
