It's really annoying that Apple advertises this function on C2 but

Yes, I'd like to know what makes a 'qualified' export component for
Compressor, compared with QT Player. Kinoma is available in my
export component list in QT Player but not in Compressor 2.
What's the criteria - is it technical or political?
