Title: Re: Fixed Header Issue
Hi, all,
I believe that the SDK installer contains headers, since it sounds like Trevor was able to get the headers when he installed the SDK using Pacifist.
I think the issue here is that Final Cut Studio installs FxPlug.framework without headers, while the FxPlug SDK installs FxPlug.framework with headers. I think we've seen cases where installing, say, a Pro Applications Update will overwrite the FxPlug framework with a newer version that doesn't contain headers.
What I did:
A clean install of my Mac OS. Installed FCStudio 2, then ran the updaters. Than ran FxPlug 1.2.2 SDK. In that order.
Then I just installed FxPlug SDK 1.2.2 again. (again: After all the Studio installers and updates).
No headers.
And if I delete /Library/Receipts/FxPlugSDK.pkg and reinstall the SDK, then the headers appear.
It seems something is amiss here, but there is a workaround.
Pete
